Who we are
Wayfinder Holidays is a destination management company that works mainly with travel partners: tour operators, travel agents and wholesalers. We plan and run their itineraries in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Japan and Sri Lanka, and we also arrange tailor-made trips for individual travellers.
We are a new company with an experienced team. That means real responsibility from the first day, short decision paths and room to shape how things are done.

What we offer
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; weekends off.

How we hire
Step 1. We review your CV and portfolio, and reply within 48 hours.
Step 2. A practical task or short assessment for your role. Paid for technical roles.
Step 3. Interview with the team lead, or the technical interview for technical roles.
Step 4. A conversation with the CEO, followed by an offer within 3 days.
