WAYFINDER HOLIDAYS

WAYFINDER HOLIDAYS

How we work

We work mainly with travel companies, and we also welcome direct enquiries from individual travellers. One team looks after your booking from the first brief to the last transfer, so you always know who to call.

01

Send us your brief

Tell us your dates, group size, hotel level, pace and any special interests. A rough idea is enough. A short call with your Sales contact helps us understand your market and your clients.

02

Receive a proposal

We prepare a day-by-day itinerary with named hotels, services and net rates. Standard requests are answered within 24 hours; larger or multi-country groups may take up to 72 hours.

03

Refine and confirm

We adjust the itinerary until it fits your clients and budget. Once you confirm in writing, we hold the services and send a written booking confirmation with our booking conditions.

04

Deposit and payment

A deposit is due on confirmation and the balance 30 days before arrival. Contracted partners can agree credit terms. Payment details are shown on every invoice.

05

Preparation before arrival

We reconfirm hotels, transport and guides, collect rooming lists and traveller details, and send you vouchers and the final itinerary in good time. Your clients receive clear arrival information.

06

Travel and support on the ground

Our Operations team and local guides look after the group during the trip. If something is not right, we put it right on the spot. Your guide is the first contact on the ground, with our Operations team behind them.

07

After the trip

We collect feedback from you and your clients, close the booking and review what we can improve for the next group.

08
